Same here -- have ordered several times. Most products are in stock & most shipped same day. Prices aren't give away, but usually close to most other sources. As mentioned, check product info. description carefully to ensure in stock if needed right away -- also, as mentioned, they do have a number of helpful videos. Employees are knowledgeable & answer emails and phone inquiries, quickly and cordially -- that's unusual and refreshing "these days".

Overall etrailer is a good place to shop. Some of their prices are out of line with other retailers so I find exactly what I want and shop around but a lot of times return to them to purchase.
Customer service is outstanding. Always get a reply to email within 24 hrs and the staff on the phones are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Mixed results - like mentions above, don't plan to do returns on heavy items.


And, I got some chrome lug nuts that almost immediately started flaking chrome off and rusting. They didn't stand behind them, which was disappointing. (And I don't live near the coast - I'm in far North Texas where it's pretty dry.)

I bought a wireless rear-view camera from them that has served me well.

I have bought from them several times and have been pleased. I just put one of their 'store brand' e-trailer hitches on our honda odyssey and was impressed with the quality of it as well as the packaging. Their website also has a ton of good information, videos, and reviews so you know exactly what you need and how it is going to be installed. All this content is a plus over other sites like Amazon so I try to support them when I can.

I ordered springs and U-bolts from them. Happy with parts I received. Made in China, But what is not made there. UPS lost and damaged some of my parts in the first shipment. Etrailer CS was Great at replacing all the lost and damaged pieces. UPS sux !!!

I recently talked to etrailer about some Sumopsprings for my TT. The product arrived very quickly and the order was complete as ordered. Unfortunately, it turns out that my springs (on a 4 year old TT) are shot and need to be replaced. I will be paying th3e return shipping on the Sumosprings but they tell you up front that return shipping is not paid.
I have been ordering from them for many years and have never been disappointed.

I feel the need to add my experiences with them also. I called with a vague idea of what I needed and wanted and spoke with a knowledgeable person who found what I needed and made some recommendations based on my needs. They are one of the first places I check when shopping for products or repair/replacement items. Shipping time is quick and fairly priced. I most certainly recommend them

Yes ! I know first hand. I ordered a folding bed cover directly from the manufacturer. FedEx damaged it so bad they didn’t even try to deliver it. They sent back the manufacture. They Sux Too !!!!
