Forest River NOBO 19.5

I bought a 2019 NOBO 19.5 on march 8 2019 and was really excited to go camping. I noticed the suspension is really stiff when it hits a significant bump the camper will bounce hard like a basketball, not a smooth flex, this in turn seems to be hard on the camper, it literally shakes everything apart. I have had the stove come apart every trip, all the screws work their way out. The microwave door actually came open and door came off. several times the bathroom door knob vibrates till it falls off, and lots of trim parts have to be renailed. The biggest problem I have is the exterior panel above the door has a large bubble in it and the door is hard to open or close.
I had a dealer take door off in February of 2020 at the one year point but they could not figure out why the bubble or door was sticking. now 5 months after warranty I can not get the door open with out jacking up the right hand corner of the trailer and the stove screws do not stay together any more it is all apart.
So I got to looking around and see that the frame is bent significantly and large crack right at the rear point of axle mount on right side that is why the door was sticking, it has progressively gotten worse with every bump and pot hole on the road. I am trying to email forest river to help me since the dealer could not figure out why the panel was warped and door sticking. I am stuck with an rv I can not use and still paying for a broken unit. I do not recommend this single Axel unit it is not built to handle the stiff suspension, frame is to light for the weight and handling over a stiff suspension. poor build quality.

The screws in the stove might be corrected by adding a little wood glue to the threads before reinstalling. The crack in the frame sounds like a real problem I would document everything with pictures and see if the dealer and FR can do something for you. good luck

Emails and photos sent all information replied to. Avenues all passing the buck. I am still under warranty from lippert from what my attorney states so hopefully they will correct this. Problem is exterior panel is having stress and showing warping, door not closing. Years of camping with Thor Lance products, and never experienced this type of problem. IT IS very disheartening to know I bought an inferior product..
As for the stove top. I have never had to repair one every trip. I just think this suspension, weight combination and light weight frame engineering is over limits. As we all know the rv manufacturers always push limits on weight ratings. Which usually are under dot. If we all are checked per equipment we would be sidelined. So I hope that this will be corrected soon and not later

I wonder if you'll get more feedback if you ask Site Team to move this to NOBO subforum. Maybe other NOBO owners would be able to share similar or different experiences.

Good luck!
