Furrion Customer Service

I was having problems getting my Furrion backup camera to work even though I had followed the instructions. The camera would not power up when I put the TV in reverse. Not reading the posts on here first I sent an email to Furrion for help. Less than an hour later I received a reply from Derek Thompson at Furrion advising me Forest River hooks up the camera mount to the clearance lights (which I discover on here later) and all I needed to do was turn on my headlights. this solved the problem. I did not reply back.

This morning I received a phone call from Derek wanting to know if his instruction solved the problem. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
He also advised may they are revising the owners manual to reflect how Forest River hooks the mount up and said I really did not need to pair the camera to the monitor as that is now done before packaging the units.

If anybody needs to contact Derek his phone number is 574-333-2088 Ext. 201

By the way, the camera works great. I had to use it backing onto our property about 200' on a curved path yesterday evening and it really helped.

That's great I have not invested in the back up camera yet. Glad to hear it's working well. Did u end up purchasing it from your dealer?

I have tried numerous times to get any response from FR about my 2005 Tsunami, and have received nothing from them,I guess they figure the money is in so forget customer service.

I've been trying to get a faulty Furrion power cord exchanged, and I've sent Furrion Support and Furrion Warranty several email messages as well as left a voice mail and so far, no response aside from the initial autoresponder. It's been three weeks.

Well, slice me off a piece of humble pie.

Upon further review, I noticed that the street addresses for Furrion and Future Sales RV were very close to one another so I called the # provided by GL1800Rider and was able to get in touch with someone right away. Very nice and helpful and they are sending me another power cord. So, my vote is good customer service, but very hard to get a hold of them. Don't bother with the contact # / email addresses on the Furrion website. Just call 574-333-2088 and you will get a live person.

Now, can I get some ice cream to go with that slice of pie?

I had the Led issue with mine. Called and spoke to a rep. he admiited it to be a design flaw and they are working on one with a real circuit board built inside. They are shipping out a new cord.
