Replacement Cabinet Door, LMAO
Received this door because the original cracked. The replacement also is cracked and built by someone drunk. I really wonder about this industry.

Surprised? Not me.
Ironically If the factory would of sent that door to the line it would of been installed in a new unit without ever thinking twice about.

If it was not glued together I guess that would be possible if a truck ran over it. It was encased in a good amount of bubble wrap when I got it.

They may say they wonder why, but in reality they know why people complain about quality control. They know why, the line worker knows why, all the management knows why, and the CEO knows why. They know exactly what the product is that is leaving the factory and if you think they don't you're very naive.

that door can be glued and clamped with some care and you would never tell. I have fixed many cracked door joints, the key is to get a bar or pipe clamp and try clamping and TAPPING not hammering the parts to match if this looks good than remove clamps and spred the cracked joint and force wood glue in to the open jount ten clamp slowing while tapping into place. don't clamp to hard and keep the door frame tight to the bar/pipe to keep it flat. use a damp rag and wipe off any glue on the the face moulding. let it dry over night and you should be good to go.

Sure we can fix it but that's not the point. He ordered a door paid for it and got a piece of crap that he now has to fix.

I'd contact FR and tell them that the door they sent isn't acceptable. Your first photo shows a misaligned corner, something that's not fixable because the joint, when glued, isn't adjustable. The second photo is more interesting. There's a crack that appears to be in the stile that continues through the trim. There's no way a piece of trim would end up having the same crack as the stile which indicates that it was done after assembly. That trim piece also looks like there's a splice just to the right of the joint between the rail and the stile, another flaw that shouldn't be there. There shouldn't be a splice but if there is, it shouldn't show up in the photo if it was done properly.
I'd be very surprised if that door was made by one of the Amish craftsmen who work at FR. Based on my experiences with them, they'd never turn out something with those flaws in it. I don't have anywhere their skill but even I've made doors where the stile and rail were correctly mated.

That's not a new door replacement. It's a door returned by another dissatisfied customer that FR repackaged for your enjoyment LOL.

That's the best one I have heard in a long long time.
I guess the Indiana Amish craftsmen are much better than the Ohio and Pennsylvania Amish craftsmen I'm used to? I say that because we use Amish contractors, or contractors that employ Amish, from time to time on projects and I have seen my fair share of "Amish Craftsman" who can hack stuff up just as good as anyone. Based on some of the "craftsmanship" in our 2017 Roo and especially in the one they shipped us last December that we refused to purchase, the Amish craftsman must have been off for religious holidays when they were built.
