Neutral: Transeagle Tires

DW and I purchased a new 5vr in January of this year. It came from manufacturer with Castle Rock tires. We have taken the rig out 6 times and no issues to date with the tires thankfully. I always check pressure and use a TPMS. Taking a longer trip in November and will be changing the tires before I head out. I had replaced the tires on previous 5vr about 2 years prior to trading with Goodyear Endurance. I had very good luck with those. I rarely exceed 65 MPH while towing. Sorry for all the details but I would like to know anyone's experience with Transeagle tires, simply because you can get them with G rating in the 225 75 15 size. Your response is appreciated.

Sorry about the slow reply, but I seldom look at the product reviews. Last summer DW and I were traveling to attend a wedding when we unfortunately had 2 separate tire failures on our fifth wheel. The tpms kept us from having damage to our trailer. We called a local tire shop in Dequeen, AR (a VERY rural area) and the service writer informed me they had replacement tires in stock. Upon arriving at the shop, I was told that the TransEagle tires were the tire all the farmers insisted having on their livestock trailers. I really had no choice but to buy them considering the circumstances. They were much heavier than the tires they replaced and I liked the tread design. I've had them for 15 months now and they've held up fine. They hold pressure well, don't leak and show no wear. I've put 4000 miles on them. I would not hesitate to buy them again. Mark
