Cupboard fell from ceiling - Palomino 1251

I opened the door of the truck camper to find that the cabinet on the right side has completely detached from the pop up ceiling and is just dangling there. 😳 Crazy to think this could have happened when someone was in there and knocked them in the head.
Does anyone have any advice on reattaching it securely?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I helped a friend whose cabinet came loose from storing stoneware dishes and cups overloading the cabinet reattached it using construction adhesive and more screws predrilled that were the same length as the factory being careful not to force them in to far and penetrate the roof material.

Thanks, SeaDog. I appreciate the welcome.
Yeah, I was going to research some construction adhesive. My cupboard only had very light things in it. When it fell, it looked like the adhesive they applied was almost an afterthought. Just a thin squiggle down the middle of the cabinet.
I’m going to give it a try.
