Dometic fridge

I bought a new ss1608 last Fall and used it on one trip for 2 weeks. We decided to head up to PEI tomorrow for a couple of weeks. Getting the camper ready and the fridge will not cool on either fuel source; ac, dc or propane. The coils got hot, but so did the fridge. I’ll call them tomorrow but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Moved thread from the TT/5th Wheel section's Palomino sub-forum to the Truck Camper section since the OP has a truck camper and not a TT or 5th Wheel.

OP, it's always helpful if you posted the make and model number of the fridge since Forest River installs a wide variety of fridges in their RVs.

Is the camper level?
Ours takes about 24 hours to cool.

If the rear coils are getting warm and the fridge hasn't cooled down in 24hrs, you might try making sure the fridge vent is clear.

Look at the rear coils, then look up. You should see the sky and/or the fridge vent. I like to use my leaf blower pointed up and blow the vent out a bit. I used the leaf blower on mine a few weeks ago and even though it looked clear I got a bunch of leaf gunk out on top.
