Onboard computer?

Got back yesterday from our trip, cleaned the fridge out, no furnace ac or furnace should be on. I hear a fan like a computer fan to the bottom left of the stove, what is that electronics bundle down there?

if you see a bunch of 12v fuses and some 120v breakers in the 'bundle down there'

probably it is your power distribution panel
the fan maybe is the cooling fan for the CONVERTER (battery charger)

Yes, since you hear the converter’s cooling fan running and since you have “no furnace ac or furnace”, your battery is probably suspect.

Are you plugged in?
Your converter charges your battery when you're plugged in. The fan you're probably hearing cools the converter.
Our converter fan would do that when it was charging the battery. If it ran for an extended period of time, it indicated that the battery needed maintenance or it needed a new battery.

I recently replaced my convertor fan with a Noctua model and now the fan is silent. If you ever get tired of hearing that fan, a simple $12 bucks will make it darn near silent, move more air, AND use SIGNIFIGANTLY less electricity. Win win win in my book.

Sounds like i need to load check the battery, the cooling fans noise doesn't bother me so I can wait for the upgrade.
Wondering if i need a battery, when im running the legs down im plugged into the 120 or the truck. Do those motors run off the battery and the 120 or the truck keep the loss to a minimum?

The fan runs when the 120v charger has power and there is a 12v load. The charger acts like a 12v supply when the battery is full and there is a 12v load. So charger fan runs when I plug the camper in to 120v and I turn on nearly any 12v appliance like lights or tank heater or the fridge.
