Palomino SS1251 pop up coming open on its own

Hello All,

I just purchased a 2015 Palomino SS1251 about a month ago, very, very slightly used from an older gentleman. Like I said, have had it for about a month, and about 2 days ago, I engaged the battery disconnect to power up the fridge/freezer as I am taking it in the mountains tomorrow for almost a week. Got home from work this afternoon, and the electric pop up jacks engaged, of course, I had the pop up clamps set, so it looked funny, kind of bowed out as I pulled in the driveway.....there was a bow in the middle of the pop up! I ran inside and grabbed the key fob and lowered it, thank God it didn't bow the frame of the pop up! I'm really irritated that this happened, I don't feel like I can trust it. If anyone has had any similar experience with this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

On rare occasions, rogue signals have caused this in the past. Our new system has fixed this issue. To prevent this from happening again...on the Rieco-Titan switch panel where you raise and lower the roof, there is an "on-off" switch next to the "up-down" switch that needs to be turned off when not in use.
