Replacing faucet

Just a quick question here I'm trying to replace the faucet on my truck camper and wondering if there is a standard for best to buy or any suggestions. This one (factory) started leaking after just one season.

Any help would be great and also any ideas on best ways to access the under sink compartment as it's extremely tight on my 1251.

Most RV faucets can be replaced with a residential unit of better quality. I replaced the one in my class A with a high rise spout so that I could put larger pans under it. If the water lines are long enough it may be easier to lift the sink and do the work if not a faucet wrench with long handle may help
