ss 1251 disappointment with sealants

I'm about a yr into my newly bought 1251 and I noticed that the rtv type sealant that someone (manufacturer) used to seal the soft side to the structure wasn't mixed correctly or the incorrect type was used. It's gooping all over the place. I'm going to be calling the center where I bought it and am still in the 1 yr warranty as well as the extended warranty and expect at minimum for the sealant to be repaired, but the fabric is also damaged from the rtv getting onto it and staining. Does anyone else have a similar issue with the soft side campers?

I bought my SS1251 in February 2021 new. I do have this issue. Seems to be summer heat melting the sealer. I have used Goop Gone and a papertowel and it wipes the drips up pretty good. How much can drip out before it is not sealed any longer I do not know.

I'm having the same problem. Silver, thick and bugger like in consistency. Its been dripping out for a while. Being new to campers I just assumed that it was to be expected. But on second thought it should not be expected at all.
