Now, I'm curious as to what exactly the roof is doing? Not going up all the way, not retracting completely, stopping halfway? What?

We love our camper, besides the roof lift the only problem is that two windows have sewing defects on the zippers, same place both windows.

Have you done any suspension mods?

Now I understand. Mine has never had an issue (fingers crossed) and the sewing of the top canvas is a Palomino deal.

They subcontract the sewing. You need to contact Brian at Palomino, His e-mail is listed on their website.

I have no issues with mine (sewing or windows.
