Had a 12 volt bulb burn out. A 1076 standard type. So ordered and received led type. No problem. Proceeded to a working light to upgrade to led also.
That’s what when I discover that that bulb while not marked with a number however appearing the the same base type, so I installed it but it didn’t work without applying pressure. I removed soldered the tips to extend length. Works fine. Question anyone aware of similar but different part numbers. I’ve attached pics of the bulbs you can see the depth difference from pin to end.
