2 issues - 2003 Georgetown

we have a 2003 georgetown. When we purchased it (used from a dealer) last year, the tv worked while we were driving. Since then, it only works when hooked to shore power...any ideas? (And no, the driver will not be watching tv, it is for our 2 children).

Second, we keep blowing a fuse under the stairs near the batteries. As soon as we turn the batteries to "use" the fuse blows. Since the camper did not come with any manuals, we are not sure what the fuse goes to. Again...any ideas?

Unless you have an Inverter, the TV will only work with the generator running or shore power. What type of fuse are you talking about? There are some in-line fuses as well as a box under there with fuses. Could you post a picture.

I will try to get a picture. The fuses that we are having issues with are just in a column. There are 10 fuses of various amps, but we are just having an issue with one of them right now. It is the 3rd one down and is a 15 amp fuse. We can take it to the dealer, but were trying to save some money and learn to do things on our own.
