2013 Solaire floor rot

Looking for some advice, tech specs, and anything else that could help me.

RV newbie here, bought a used 2013 Solaire from a dealer two years ago. The dealer said there was "no known" water problems. They had repaired a soft spot in the floor by the door. Yada, blah, blah

Fast forward to now. The floor is rotted, some of the aluminum framing is rotted and I'm left with a mess on my hands.

I'm very handy and feel I can fix just about anything. But I'm feeling a little over my head with what I'm finding.

The floor is luan, styrofoam, luan system. Of course the bottom layer is wet and completely destroyed. It also appears that this has been an issue for a long time to the point that the aluminum framing had corroded and been compromised.

I've located an interior and exterior water leak. I've fixed them both, but looking for more before I begin the recommendation.

My BIG question is, "do I need to completely remove/separate the shell from the floor/frame to be able to do a proper repair on the floor and aluminum framing"??

I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE!!

I'm going to finish taking the rest of the bed stand and closet vanity out this weekend to remove the rest of the flooring.

I'm starting to formulate a plan to restructure the perimeter wall/sill framing then rebuild the floor.

I'll post some pictures this weekend

There are sooooo many examples on Youtube on how to repair flooring on RV's. You will save tons of money doing it yourself and have a great feeling when completed. I had a similar issue with a Mallard not long ago. Strange that the Aluminum would corrode that fast unless something else like salt was in the water. would love to see some pictures of the tear down and rebuild. Maybe a You tube Blog?
