2014 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8286WS-outdoor kitchen pull down TV
We just purchased our used 8286WS last month and the outdoor kitchen pull down TV is in the "down" position and we cannot figure out how the latch works to push it back up. We push it up but it will not stay up. Any owners out there who can explain how this pull down/push up outdoor TV works? Thanks!

Our outdoor kitchen requires you to pull down slightly and release. The mechanism should automatically retract back into the ceiling. If not the mechanism may be weak or broken.
