2016 Vibe 312bhs

I am new here and have a question. Does anyone on here have a 2016 312bhs yet. I am looking at one for our family of five and a saint bernard. I would like to know of there is a black tank flush because I was told by one dealer it's not an option and another it is. Granted I haven't seen a 16 in person yet. Also is the roof walkable?

No black tank flush. There 25.00 at many places. I was told the roof is walkable. But have not done it yet

I have a Vibe 308BHS and yes, you can walk on the roof. No, it dosent have a black tank flush, but I bought a Valterra F02-4100 45 Degree Hydroflush With Removable Anti-siphon Valve on Amazon and it works great.

Thanks for the replies. We still haven't decided yet. It's between the 312bhs and a Crossroads rezerve 33bh. How do you like the build quality of the vibe? I have only owned a keystone in the past so forest river is new to me.

Our Vibe seems to be very good quality. Only issues at delivery were TV/DVD was wired wrong (rca jacks in wrong spot), and a missing dinette cushion. I liked the black tank flush on our previous RPOD, but this does not have it. Will check out the hydro flush...

Just have the dealer install a black tank flush. Our FR Vibe did not come with one but the dealer installed one for $100 as part of the our RV purchase. although I think the normal price is about $300. It works great
