Air conditioner

Hi everyone, just bought a 2018 Salem 27dbk a couple of weeks ago. This is my first camper. The wife and I are working in it today and turned the furnace on. We have done this a few times and it seemed fine. This time the air conditioner unit kicked on first. Switched it to heat. Furnace kicked on but the a/c is staying on. Didnít notice this happening before? I was thinking maybe the thermostat is malfunctioning?

This appears to be a common question/complaint on this forum. Go to your thermostat, cycle through modes of Heat and Cool and stop at FAN. Use + or - key to cycle through HI, LO and stop at AU for Automatic. HI or LO makes the A/C blower/fan run but not the compressor.

Sorry about that I will have to check from now on. I appreciate your help. That seemed to take care of it.
