Air conditioner, possible problem

Dometic roof air conditioner on a travel trailer. Is it common if the temperature is cool outside 67 degrees that the unit will not through cool air. I was just testing unit and it seems not cooling, inside 77 degrees. I don't know if this is a problem or it was to cool outside for unit.

Typically, if it's cold outside and the unit runs too long it can ice up and then it won't cool.

To be honest, I've never run the AC for more than 60 seconds when it was below 80 outside. And then only once when I was buying a used Camper and just wanted to see if it would blow cool air. Was the same thing in that the inside of the camper was warmer than the outside air so it fell cooler so I turned it off. AC worked fine once it was hot enough to use it (I bought the camper).

Most things I have read on RV AC say that don't expect it to maintain a temp any more than 15-20 degrees cooler than the outside air if working in optimal conditions. I don't think I would sweat it until it got hotter and it wasn't cooling properly.
