Alpha Wolf furnace

Brand new 2021 alpha wolf camper, 2 months. Can not get the furnace to come on. Acts like it has no power. Fuses are fine. Husband has tried everything, this is our 6 or 7th camper, so we're not new at this. Dealer is 7 hour's away and 90 days out to get an appointment. Any ideas to try would be much appreciated

Some furnace’s have a reset button on them, can you access your furnace? Also some control boards will have a label and it will show lights (green, red) and the label will say different sequences to show if there are problems.

I guess my next step would be to see if there is actually power at the furnace.

Here is a old post but a good place to start looking...

3. Is the blower fan running?
4. Can you hear the igniter trying to light the propane (it will try this 3 times, then lock out - you have to remove power to reset it).
5. What make and model is your furnace? If it's a Suburban, I've attached a manual.
6. Light the stove for a couple minutes to purge any air from the gas lines.

Yes a Suburban heater. Nothing happening. Husband tried again last night since the outside temp was down to 40. Have used the stove and oven, but for the heck of it, we completely started over- turned off on propane (very slowly turned back on), stove lit no problem and let it go for 2-3 minutes, so lines were free of air. can not hear igniter, fan, nothing! Bought the camper this summer, they didn't show us how to run the heater because it was 100+ outside. have taken the cover off the front of the heater inside camper and flipped the switch both ways and still nothing. It's as if it's not even hooked up. I print the manual- thank you very much, there are no manuals to anything!!

Thank you all for your help! Had an electrician friend look at it and as soon as he popped off the thermostat cover, looked at the wiring and saw that it was wired wrong! Pulled one wire out (spot should've been left blank) and put it in the correct one and we have a heater!! Sadly, this tells us that it wasn't checked at the factory or the dealership even when they gave us a check sheet of everything that was "checked out".
