Got mine last week and instead of cutting the tapered end off to fit between the tires, I cut the rear bottom corner off 1/2"on a 45° angle and they fit perfectly. Did both so either one will fit between the tires.

Did you buy the newer red ones or the older model black? Can you see a huge disadvantage to either?

Just looking at the pictures, it appears the red ones have a little more gradual slope leading up to the full height. I think this would make things a little easier, especially when raising just an inch or so. Found out last week, they will sink in soft ground, much more than Lynx blocks. Needed to raise about 2", but couldn't get there. Pulled the Andersens and went back to the building blocks.

This is better to know for me now rather than later. Thanks!

May have to put some short rods on the bottom of the Andersons and put one layer of Lynx blocks down. Thanks for the heads up AquaMan.

It is not whether or not they are worth it to save a few bucks.....they just don't exsist. A few of us found them online and placed our orders but were called later to say they no longer make the old versions. No one really stocks these since they can be drop shipped directly from the manufacture. That is why I became a dealer in order to get them at a reduced price. There may be some people who are showing the old style and price but the order won't be fulfilled.

Great info there jlwardn. I appreciate it! Nothing like placing an order, being told there is a backorder, and then waiting only for a cancellation. I saw them here and figured they were in stock.

Just measured mine and I have about 5" between the tires. I should be fine without any trimming? Haven't ordered yet.

You should have ample room with 5". Mine are probably around 3" and I could get mine in if I dug around the tire a bit. This was on gravel.

I don't know if it was the right thing to do, but I sent my 2 pair back because they wouldn't fit between the tires on our Flagstaff 27 RLWS. I think I would need one under each tire on the low side.
Paid about $49 each through Amazon prime.
Ps- this is my first post, hope I did it right.

I used ours for the first time this weekend.Worked like a charm, but they did sink when we got 3"of rain.Blocks would have done the same thing.Still like them a lot.So much easier than 2x8 blocks.

I have asked the question on Amazon if it will lift it up high enough to change a flat tire and all the answers have been no it will not.
BTW, I hate all of you.
Just kidding.
Something else I have to buy!

Might be true, but someone else wears the ones with the authority in them.
Make you a tire changing ramp and store it on the back bumper.

This is good news. Got my levelers last week but won't be able to try them out until this weekend when I hook up!

Can you post a pic of how you did this OC? I placed mine between tires and it doesn't fit. Looking for ideas on how to resolve this.
