Apex Nano 193BHS Dometic Fridge

So I have my Nano hooked up to shore power (120 Volt/15 Amp) the last month. I left the Dometic Fridge turned on to the last day. Powered it off that night. Then turned it on that morning. It was left on Auto because it usually seems to use the propane better when it is on Auto vs Gas. We turn a generator on in the morning and the evening.

This weekend it took forever for the propane to get going and once it finally did it took off but why is it so slow to go?

Why does Auto usually work better for Propane cooling than Gas does?
