Back Up camera prep (or lack of)

In Sept 2017 I purchased a 2018 Crusader 315RST. Just a few weeks ago I was looking at this forum and discovered that all Crusaders are standard with back up camera prep. I have not seen any such preparation on my unit. I called Prime Time service/warranty and the lady checked with an engineer, called me back and told me the wiring was in the inside cabinet on the interior back wall and that's all I was supposed to have. The pictures I have seen on other units show a black box on the outside wall to plug in a camera. I think I'm being ripped. What should I do?

Black little turtle shaped housing on back wall up high by running lights? saw one prepped in a photo on rv trader. (turtle/clam shape)
