Baseboard strip in galley separating - Repair suggestions?

I just purchased a lightly used 2016 V-Lite 26WFKS. Generally speaking, it is in great, almost brand-new, shape. One of the couple of things that does need some attention is that about 6-8 inches of the galley baseboard strip has separated from the wall. It looks like a basic glue repair will take care of it, but I'm looking for opinions on if there is a preferred type of adhesive to use for these materials or if anyone recommends repairing it a different way. I appreciate your help in advance!

I use carpet tape. Never had a problem.

Ah! Great suggestion! I hadn't thought of that. Is the tape thin enough that there isn't a noticible difference in the gap?

Gorilla glue construction adhesive works real good, needs to have pressure for 24 hours.

I cut it just a bit smaller than what I'm using it on. If you need to remove it just pull slowly.

In addition to using the tape, we have experienced the trim being just a little longer than it should be and it makes it pop off or pop out of place. So maybe you should check the fit carefully, also.

Congratulations on your V-Lite, we really enjoy ours.
