Basement Storage Door Leak.....I think

Folks, just took ownership of 2018.5 Sierra 372LOK. Have noticed that the left side basement storage floor is wet. I am hoping that its from the door seal but the door itself seems very loose on the latch when closed. I can push in on the door maybe 1/8 to 1/4" until it stops. Have anyone else noticed this on FR RV's. Dont see any adjustment there either.

Had the same issue on my Chaparral. The gasket on the frame sits on a small flange. Bending that flange closer to the door is the only adjustment I could see. It tightened things up considerably.

I also found the gasket was installed upside down. The joint should be at the bottom of the opening. Mine was at the top....letting water in.
