Bathtub leak.

I have a 2014 Rockwood Mini Lite, 2306, probably like many other trailers in that family of units. We are going on our 4th season. Every so often I unscrew the access cover on the side of my bathtub / shower to look for water issues. After the first trip out this season I looked in there and found water. It had pooled under the drain pipe but it is not coming from the drain, that just happens to be a low point. I tested the drain and no leak. I also looked behind the faucet on the wall and it is not coming from there. I let it dry and on the next trip out discovered it only happens after we take a shower and it takes a little while for it to show up there. It was not instant. I'm thinking it's coming from where the surround hits the tub. I was going to just seal it but read here where people have been cautioned not to seal that up. Needs to breath, but maybe that applies only for a shower stall. Hmmm? Don't know where else it could be coming from except from where the surround meets the tub. I don't see any cracks on the surround but maybe overlooked one.

So questions.
1. Should I just go ahead and seal that joint where the surround hits the tub? Seal with what? Silicone?
2. Should I try to remove the surround and inspect, and maybe seal behind it? How do those 'buttons' come off so I can remove the surround? Can the buttons leak?

Check your caulking.

My old outback had a tub leak. The plastic in the corner had a crack in it but you could not see it unless you were in the tub with your weight stressing it. I caulked the corner with silicone to divert the water.
The buttons are just a cap cover for the screws and yes, they leak because they do not seal the screws. Pry the button off, remove the screw and shoot a little silicone into the holes.
Check the access panel behind the faucet mount, you can get water in where the faucet attaches to the surround.

We have purchased 2 new Wildcat MAXX trailers over the past 3 years and both showers leaked when taking a shower. Our Son's Rockwell Lite also had a similar leak. On all three trailers the leak was where the glass surround met the shower base in the corners. We both used a bath & tub caulk to seal this area which took care of the issue. If you do a neat job it'll look better than the factory caulk in most cases. Not sure if your shower is a similar configuration or not, but on most new trailers I've looked at the factory caulk job in baths/showers is pretty lame.

Thanks all. Our shower is a simple one with a curtain, no door. The leak is definitely in the tub, surround, or the buttons. there is no caulk around the tub presently. I'll be using caulk around the surround meets the tub joint and see how it does. Before I caulk I will also inspect for cracks while standing in it. I didn't do that when I looked for cracks before and can see how the weight can open one up that isn't visible normally.

UPDATE:. Found a very, very small crack in the bottom of the tub. Looked like a hair but found it was a real crack. It is the cause of the leak. Anyone know who manufactures the bathtubs in this trailer? Rockwood Mini Lite, 2306. Want to see if they have repair suggestions. For now a clear piece of tape over the crack fixed it.
