Building Dinette in Rockwood Mini 2109s

First,Merry Christmas!!has anyone ever removed the couch and built a frame for a wrap around dinette or a 2 sided dinette around the existing slide frame?the table is a pain and could use some additional storage.we ratchet the table to the bed during travel.any thoughts.?I would frame around any existing plumbing and electric.would love to see pictures if you already have a factory installed dinette or a custom install.I do have RV/12volt credentials.Thanks Very Much

The 2505S has a 39" dinette where the sofa is on all the other Mini Lites. You might want to take a look at how they did it.

Here's a 2016:

Your slide appears to be farther back than on the 2505S, so I'd think you could even go with a 44" dinette if you wanted to.
