Bunk latch. Is this how its suppose to look?

All my latches secure the bunk ends on my Roo look like this. Is this normal?

There's a thread here with the instructions on adjusting the latch.
Or Google the latch name.

YES that is how they should look. For future needs I've attached a photo of the adjustment. If the resolution isn't fine enough to read the instructions search for "Roto Vise."
