Cable Problem

Since day one the cable in my camper dosen't work in the bedroom or outside connection. The Air will connect just problem with cable. Has anyone else had this problem and is so what was the fix. Before you ask idid take it back to the dealer twice with assurance it was fixed only to find out it was not. At this point I dont have much faith in the dealer. The living room cable connects and always has.
