As I reread in post #12, that you did disconnect your battery last night, you may have blew the reverse polarity fuse(s) if you didn't reconnect it correct.
This does happen a lot, since many RV's have battery wires color coded like a house. If you have a black and white battery cable, the white is usually to the negative, and the black is to the positive.
I know, it runs counterintuitive to people who are used to a red and black vehicle battery...which the black is negative.
We may need to make sure the battery cables are correct first, or you will keep blowing the reverse polarity fuse(s) to the converter.
Then, once the reverse polarity fuses are replaced, we can see if the converter functions properly. If not, then we may still have a separate problem.
