Can I leave the Furrion Observation camera on?

We had the Furrion Observation camera installed on our new FR Surveyor and I'm wondering if it can stay installed long term? We are in Oregon and want to know if it can survive snow, hail and freezing temps and if we are in one place for a few months should I remove it and store?

Thanks . . .

I requested an answer from Furrion on this and here's the reply:

The owner's manual for the Observation camera system states to not use a car wash or high pressure wash on the camera. It does not state that you would need to remove the camera in adverse weather conditions. However, for the longevity of the product, it would be a very good idea to remove it and protect it during the winter months.
