Cardinal Limited Theater Seating

I bought a used 2019 Cardinal Limited 3600DVLE fifth wheel. It has the massaging lighted theater seats. Realized there is no control for them. The low voltage wires were up under the back frame, but the one female end that must be where the transformer or control box plugs into is where everything stops. Anybody know who made these or what exactly part/s are needed between the 120v wall outlet and the now empty female low voltage wire end?

The cup holder has "lock" symbol, then "light", and then "massage".

Ended up calling Cardinal and gave them my VIN. Guy says sounds like your theater seating would be Lippert. Look under one of the foot rests and the info label should be there.
Sure enough there was the label. Manufactured by Patrick Ind/Praxis Group.
Part#, phone number also.
Called the phone number to be told Praxis went out of business and their remaining stock was bought by Allure. Then was given phone number for Allure. called them and they said sorry call the dealer we won't sell anything to you.
Emailed the dealer and hadn't heard anything so I went on Amazon a saw a multi-volt 30w transformer with 8 different end tip adapters for only $15.
Figured for that price and next day delivery, what the heck.
Got the transformer today and decided to start at the lowest voltage setting which was around 3v, and work my way up. Set voltage plugged in and tried to turn on the seats.
By the time i got up around 7 volts the cup holder "Massage" lit up. Decided to go up to 12v and "Light" and "Massage" both lit. I touched the "Light" and the lights did come on. I touched the "Massage" and the massage came on.
So, cheap solution. I saw transformers for Lippert seating and they were around $30-$40. This one from Amazon $15.
