Silicone is typically not used on RV's.
Your windows should be sealed at the factory I'm assuming they are frameless and the seal is behind the window.
If it is a framed window, using Dynaflex 230 clear finishing (white when applied, clear when dries) sealant wouldn't hurt as a preventative step.
MORE IMPORTANT:
Before your camper gets dirty from towing and the environment, climb on the roof and seal every dicor (it is a lap sealant like caulk) applied area with eternabond tape. You should not need to clean the dicor much since your camper is new. You will use a lot of it but the expense of time and money will save your tons of hassle down the road.
Most new camper owners do not know that RV roof warranties are only valid if you have the dealer inspect and reseal the roof with dicor at least every 6 months (check your warranty paperwork for specifics). I've seen Dicor crack in as little time as one year in high altitude areas where dry weather and UV exposure is brutal on sealant. Eternabond tape is good for 10 years and should prevent water damage and hassle of resealing each year. Eternabond taping my roof is the first thing I do on every camper I buy!
Good luck on your new purchase!
