I've been thinking about doing this when we get our TT. My brother actually applied Armor Shield IX from Avalonking to his... Toyota Avalon. He already gave me some tips on applying it, and I think it's probably a good idea to protect the finish, and make it easier to clean. Should take two kits to do the whole trailer (model in sig). Has anyone else applied it to their rig?
I had my truck done in may by a professional detailer. It works really well on the truck. I have thought about a diy kit for the camper, but, ideally I'd at least do the front cap to help get bugs off.
Yea, to have a shop do it, it's expensive, but I'm going to do it myself. Should be under $100 for materials. Divide the large areas up into manageable size areas, and go to town.
