Control Display for 4pt leveling

I've lost the display to my automatic leveling control panel. The battery had been drained while sitting at the dealer's for repair. I was able to raise and lower the front jacks after hooking to the truck's power. The control panel lit up but there was no display on the screen at the time. I thought it may come back after the battery was fully charged but it hasn't. Any ideas?

Mine will not work unless it has a charged battery and won't work just plug into the truck without a full charge on the battery.

I had that happen to mine when I was having battery issues. I pulled the plug off the back of the display to reset it, and when I plugged it back in, all was good.

Thanks for the advise. Went out and tried that but it didn't work.

I've talked to a rep from PrimeTime. I told him that I've got power to the unit and can raise and lower the legs but there's nothing but a light in the display screen. Was advised that it's probably a failure with the display screen and it needs to be replaced.

I still wonder if the low voltage of a drained battery caused the failure.

Is your control box mounted on the door?

Its inside the basement storage, attached to the top of the storage area. Not real handy actually and someday I might look at moving it.
