Crack in frame

I have a Palomino Puma; 25’ trailer. Has about 18000 - 20000 miles. Noticed crack in frame. Not sure if it’s fatigue crack, overload stress or defective material. Have others experienced this? How to fix?

That's a weird spot for a stress crack. Never saw one right in front of an axle before. You should get it welded up at a frame shop and have them check to make sure the frame is aligned and square.
