Dash air conditioner/heat/defrost/airflow issues

This is my first post on the Forum, hoping someone out there can offer some help.
We have a 2018 Berkshire 39A
First problem was that dash fan would not work regardless of which position the selector switch was in Heat, cool, defrost. Or which position the air flow control was in. That problem magically went away and has not returned.
New issue- air flow is only coming out the top vents (de-fog/defrost vents) regardless of which position the selector switch is in (lower vents/center vents/center and lower vents.
And now- air flow is only coming out the center vents regardless of selector position.
Not sure if the dash fan not working and the air flow problem are related.
I suspect some sort of air flow damper is not working properly. Saw some posts about a plenum. Not sure what this looks like, where to find it, or how to troubleshoot it.
