Dometic CCC2 Thermostat

The thermostat appears to be having issues. Not sure what to do now

Plugged in with 50amp power at home. Walked in to find E1 error.
Re Inotialized unit by pressing Mode Zone then off. Turned back on.zone 1 flashed. Showed zone 4 available. We only have zones 1 and 2. Went thru initialization again. Same result.

Unplugged unit. It reset and ac in zone 1 came one. Run for a few minutes then went back to E1 error. Tried initialization. No luck. Turned off. Unplugged unit. Replugged. Turned on. Initialized. Zone 1 working. Now it will not go to zone 2. Not sure what todo next. Going camping Thursday. Zone 2 is ac in bedroom. Camping in FL. Will need it. Can someone advise next step.
