Drain lines

Just bought a class b Nova. Looking underneath and saw multiple drain lines leaving the unit. Some had expanded foam while others had nothing. Should they all have foam? I noticed the fresh water tank drain lines had no foam. Is it due to if there was a leak in the fresh water tank the water would leave the unit through the drain line area? Trying to figure out the unit. Thanks folks

I cant think why the would do that? but now you mention it i know my low point drains have it but i dont recall seeing it around my fresh tank overflow? Maybe they use it when the install is sloppy and there is a big enough gap? And if they get it the hole tight they dont bother?

Just strange. They also hung the grey/black tank plumbing with zip ties.
