Dripping from wheel well

We've got a drip from within the wheel well on the kitchen side of our 2019 Apex Nano 208bhs. Odourless and colourless (maybe a bit yellow) liquid with a bit of an oily feel - the stain on the cement definitely makes it seem like some type oil/lubricant. No sign of a leak from inside the trailer - we checked under the sink and in the water heater/pump compartment. It's been parked for two weeks and we've had a couple of hot days. Any ideas what might be leaking?

is this anywhere close to the refrigerator? Could that be the source?

I found the problem - a dehumidifier was leaking on top of the stove and down into the side of the trailer...
