Electric tongue jack wobbly and spins

While unhooking My TT today, the lower portion of my electric tongue jack started to spin and the jack is very wobbly, who has seen this before? My jack is a ultra fab 3502.

There's a pin or key in the outer tube that keeps the inner tube from turning. It's likely that pin is sheared allowing the inner tube to turn. It shouldn't raise as long as the tube is turning.

Thanks that is what I was thinking, I guess I will be turning in a warranty claim tomorrow.
