Entry Door Sierra 33RLIK

Having issue with my entry door becoming out of square once unit is set and leveled. If the unit is hooked up to PU or is just on the front landing gear the door opens and closes fine, no sticking. When unit is self leveled and on all 6 landing pads this is when door gets out of square and has about a 1" size rub mark in upper left corner where door is striking door frame thus causing us to have to slam door hard to close.
Has anyone experienced this issue or any thoughts on potential fixes?
Very hard on door and we are tired of our neighbors in parks probably being waken up at night when taking dog out.

Have you taken measurements along the frame to make sure the leveling system isn't bowing the frame one way or the other causing the door to rub?

If the leveling system is lifting the RV level and the frame is straight, the proper fix is to remove the door, frame and all, then level the RV and reinstall the door square and true.

Kinda my first question. Have you placed a level on the floor and made sure you are level both ways. The level up if it is not set level can really torque the frame as Bama Rambler has stated.

Also, check if the screws at the hinges are real tight.

I know I'm hijacking this thread, but not really. One replier said they measured along the frame. Another mentioned using a level. So that makes me wonder what is the correct way of doing it. With a bumper pull, you a WDH. In the Equalizer installation manual, it eludes to measure the frame front and back and level rig by getting same measurements. Now what I've seen, if you do this and put a level on the floor, a majority of the time, the rig won't be level as far as the level indicates. I've seen this on several bumper pulls and confuses me of what to use so that we can get the correct setup on WDH.

If it’s out of level with the level-up, the level-up needs to be calibrated. Instructions online to the various systems.

i am having the same issue with the door seating. I can close the door firmly from the outside fine. But from the inside, i have to pull on that little handle really hard to have the latch catch. Or slame it really hard.

Is there an adjustment we can make to help this?
