Agreed. They have wording on good will transport cost and evaluation. They had some words related to validating it was manufacturing issue before repairs done at good will. Yes, I have lost two trips already and likely last 3 are at risk. I have also spent several hours putting the case for the actions to prove its on them & also driving it to Kingston. I do not abuse my equipment. On the good will notice I also referenced a part that was installed that was shotty. The metal frame of the shower that contains the sliding glass was cut two or three inches short and just left it. You can only tell when in the shower looking up to the left. I did mark it to be shipped from dealer back to dealer because if its damaged again, im leaving it there.
