Factory Repairs

Anyone take their MH or TT to the factory for courtesy repairs? Were you satisfied with the outcome?

to the original factory in Elkhart or to a local dealer???

Mine went back for a list of things. They did the big things, which were major repairs, and I'm very pleased with the work. They skipped the small stuff after telling me everything got fixed. I did the rest of the repairs myself and was pleased with the results there as well.

Our Cedar Creek went to the factory for some front end repair and we were very pleased with all the help we received, so much we upgraded and stayed with a Forest River product because of the support we received.

Amish Family RV in Topeka Ind. is factory authorized to do warranty work and does an excellent job going over the entire trailer.
