Fantastic-fan in brookstone.

I want to install a power vent in the bedroom of my 2014 Brookstone. I pulled the trim ring from the manual vent and found a group of white wires tied together and a white wire with a blue stripe that terminates with a cap. Does anyone know if I can tap the blue and white for power?

Get your volt ohm meter and check for sure, that's the only way to know for sure.
