First time owner with flooring and upholstery questions. Need help please.

Hello everyone!

I am brand new to this forum, so please bear with me.

We’ve had our first RV, a 2020 Forest River Cardinal Luxury, for just over a year. We have two issues we really need help with please.

First, there are spots in the floor that from somewhere underneath the floor itself, are creating soft spots. We’ve had no leaks or other known issues that would explain this happening. We have them in our front living room, in our kitchen near the fridge near our washer dryer combo.

How do we fix these effectively without going in the poor house?


Second question, and still don’t want to go into the pour house… Lol

We have two power, recliners , and the bottom cushions need to be replaced. Our darling dogs scratch them when we first moved in, and we want to keep everything nice.

Contacted the company directly and they no longer make what we have so I’m looking for either used ones or preferably, the fabric to have somebody replace them. Again, only bottom cushions on the two cleaners. Everything else is fine. The color is Millbrare.
