Friction Hinge Door Issues

Still trying to figure out a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Awning is Out
Outside Temps only 40-50 degrees but...

Once the Sun hits the door it swell's and is VERY tough to open if at all. At times we have to climb thru a window.

I tried to place a reflective sheet outside the door to help but as you can see it's not very attractive for the neighbors to see.

do you have a 284 or a 274? One of the things you can check is the door Jam and ensure that they are securely (tighten all the screws) against the rough opening if not by moving them over sightly it may provide the clearance you need for the door to open properly even with the sun on it.
