Front Jack on Rockwood 5th Wheel not retracting right

Thanks in advance for any advice. I have a 2007 Rockwood 5th wheel. The non door side front jack is not working correctly. It lowers just fine but does not raise properly. It will start to raise until most of the weight is off of it but then I have to pull hard up on it for it to continue to retract. The door side jack is working just fine. Does it sound like the internal gears inside the leg itself? The motor sounds fine and there are no broken pins on the cross shaft. I am afraid of it totally quitting and not being able to move the camper. Thanks again.

Sounds like bearings or gears or both. It's worth pulling both sides apart and seeing what's going on with them.
