Furnace Clicking - Help!

My furnace started making a constant clicking sound when not using it. The A/C was on cool. Fan set to ON. There is no "auto" setting other than for the fan - it's either on or auto. The other control is either cool-off-heat. I was running a vacuum at the same time. Couldn't get the clicking to stop unless all power (fuse, battery, electric plug) was disconnected from the camper.

A week later and I can't get it to do it again so the repair person can check it out. Thoughts??

You've tried to recreate the same conditions and the clicking won't click?
Does the furnace operate normally?
If the furnace operates normally and the other appliances work normally, the technician probably won't be able to find a problem. It might have been a one time thing.

Clicking could be the propane valve relay trying to turn the gas on.

But we, of course, have no clue what furnace, or thermostat you have or what the settings are. Does the unit have air conditioning controlled by the same thermostat or are the AC controls on the ceiling for example (which allows the AC to cool while the furnace is trying to heat)? Is the propane valve open on the tongue? Will the stove fire up (indicates propane is available)?

I guess I didn't run the vacuum again. Otherwise everything else was the same. I'll try that too.

This is in a 2007 Wildwood travel trailer. Propane was available as had plenty of hot water. Thermostat is all one unit on the wall with controls (1) Fan = On or Auto, (2) Fan = Hi or Lo, (3) System = Cool or Off or Heat. And then the actual temp control up or down (old school thermostat - nothing digital).

We hadn't used the furnace in over 3 weeks. Thermostat was on COOL for A/C at about 70 degrees and Fan was set to ON and LO.
