Furnace noise

We have a 2020 Sabre Cobalt 270rl and we are on a trip in Alaska. We have been using our furnace almost everyday without any problem. Today after driving 270 miles to our next campground the furnace made a loud clattering noise. We have hot air and fan is working. We are wondering if anyone has had this problem. My husband thinks it is the motor. Maybe loose or going bad?? In the mean time we can use the fireplace to keep the chill off.

I would suspect the squirrel cage has move or come loose due to the vibrations of driving. JMHO

X2

Many furnaces have a "dual" squirrel cage fan.
One side pulls air into the combustion chamber (from the outside intake/exhaust) for burning the propane, the other side blows/moves the air inside your R/V. (these two chambers are separate and do not mix)

Something could have gotten in either side and is making noise.

Pretty much what my husband thought. Roads have been pretty rough. Thanks for your input.
